摘要:采用统计原理确定神东矿区采高与工作面初次来压步距及周期来压步距数据的分布状态,并运用岩石力学、矿压理论就采高增加与工作面来压步距的关系进行了深入研究。结果表明:采高与平均初次来压步距呈指数函数关系,与平均周期来压步距呈二项式函数关系。总体来说,采高增加,平均初次来压步距呈同步增加趋势。采高增加,引起普通采高条件下的基本顶岩层转化为直接顶岩层。采场基本顶岩性和裂隙发育程度与工作面来压步距紧密相关,会引起来压步距的增减。神东矿区2,5,6,7号煤组采场工作面来压步距较1,3,4号煤组相对较长。冒落矸石对采空区充填程度高,初次来压步距增大,但对周期来压步距影响有限。将工作面采高增加对来压步距的影响规律应用到神东矿区末采贯通实践中,指导了补连塔矿22306工作面末采贯通。
The data distribution between the mining height and the initial and periodic weighting intervals of panels in Shendong coal field was determined with statistical principle,and the influence of mining height increase on weighting intervals in the fully-mechanized panels was intensely studied based on the theory of rock mechanics and ground pressure.The results have shown that the mining height has an exponential function relationship with the average initial weighting intervals and a binomial functional relationship with average periodic weighting intervals.Overall,there is a synchronous increasing tendency of the average initial weighting intervals with the increase of mining height.The increase of mining height causes the basic roof to turn into immediate roof with common mining height.The lithology and fracture development degree of strata in the basic roof are closely related to the weighting intervals of panels,which can result in the increase or decrease of the weighting intervals.The weighting intervals of No.2,5,6,7 coal group are longer than that of No.1,3,4 coal group in Shendong coal field.The high filling degree of the gob causes the initial weighting intervals to increase,but it has limited influence on the periodic weighting intervals.The influence law of the mining height on the weighting intervals was applied in the practice of the end mining in Shendong coal field,which guided the end mining of panel 22306 in Bulianta coal mine.
