摘要：青年教师在新建本科院校教师中占有很高比例,他们思想政治素质的高低对于学校的发展关系重大,其思想政治状况具有明显的时代特点和新建本科院校的烙印。通过以贵州理工学院理学院青年教师思想政治工作为例,采取问卷调查、个别访谈等方法,针对这一群体的思想政治状况进行调查研究,提出开展新建本科院校青年教师思想政治工作的建议。
For a newly-established university,young teachers occupy a high proportion of the teaching team,and their ideological and political quality is vital for the development of the university.It is evident that their thinking has the characteristics of the times and the features of newly-established university.In this paper,we take the ideological and political work of GIT＇s young teachers as an example,and carry out an investigation for this specific group through surveying,individual interview and the other methods.Based on the research findings,we put forward some proposals for properly carrying out the ideological and political work for young teachers in newly-built undergraduate universities.
