摘要：“宜居宜业和美乡村建设”提出以来,各地积极探索实践,但是由于提出时间较短,大多数研究及实践仍处于起步探索阶段,在建设理念、工作方法、资源整合、协作机制等方面都面临全新挑战,在和美乡村建设方面面临一些亟待厘清的问题,文章分析探讨了当前宜居宜业和美乡村建设实践中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决对策及建议,以期为乡村建设提供参考。
Since the idea of“build a beautiful and harmonious villages where people desire to live and work”was proposed,regions across China have been actively exploring the approach to its real practices.However,due to the insufficient experiences as the result of its short history,most of the research and practices are still in the initial exploration stage,facing new challenges in terms of construction concept,working method,resource integration,cooperation mechanism and other aspects.Besides,some problems remain to be clarified in the construction of“harmonious rural areas”.This paper aims to analyze and discuss the major challenges existing in the practices of constructing Livable,Harmonious Rural Areas of Appropriate Job Opportunities,and thus put forward corresponding suggestions and possible solutions,in order to provide a reference for rural construction.
