摘要：分析了贵州省磷复肥产业发展现状以及影响其可持续发展的关键问题。通过对比硫酸法、盐酸法、硝酸法3种湿法磷酸工艺技术路线,结合贵州省资源优势提出走磷-煤一体化模式;对充分发挥硝酸分解磷矿综合利用的特点进行磷复肥产品结构调整作了深入剖析,并对贵州省磷复肥产业发展方向、产品品种、问题解决对策提出了建议。
The development status of phosphate and compound fertilizer industry in Guizhou province and thekey problems affecting its sustainable development are analyzed. With the comparison of three WPA processincluding sulfuric acid method,hydrochloric acid method and nitric acid method,combining with resourcesin Guizhou, it is proposed that the phosphorus-coal integration mode should be adopted. Product structureadjustment by full playing characteristics of decomposing phosphate rock with nitric acid are analyzed deeply.Some suggestions for development direction,products varieties,development countermeasure of phosphate andcompound fertilizer industry in Guizhou province are proposed.
