摘要:以地下矿山尾砂充填料为研究对象,利用充填体试块损伤力学模型和岩石力学试验机对胶结尾砂充填体在不同质量浓度、灰砂比和养护时间下的强度特性进行试验研究。引入充填体损伤力学模型和损伤因子来描述胶结尾砂充填体的强度特性和破坏过程。研究结果表明:充填体的单轴抗压强度随着质量浓度、灰砂比和养护时间的增加而增大,并且灰砂比和养护时间对充填体强度影响较大;结合试验结果,利用充填体损伤力学模型可以准确地描述充填体加载过程中的应力-应变曲线;结合应力-应变曲线得出的损伤因子值随应变增加而增大,且质量浓度和灰砂比越大、养护时间越长,损伤因子值越小,充填体越不容易破坏。
Taking cemented backfill material of underground mine as the study object,the research on strength characteristics of cemented tailings backfill under different mass concentration,cement-sand ratio and curing time were carried out by using damage mechanics model of backfill test block and mechanics testing machine.In addition,the damage mechanics model and damage factor were introduced to describe the strength characteristics and destruction process of the backfill.The results showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of backfill increased with the mass concentration,cement-sand ratio and curing time,and especially the cement-sand ratio and curing time had a great influence on the strength of backfill.Combined with the test results,the stress-strain curves during the loading process of backfill can be accurately described by the damage mechanics model.The damage factor value obtained by combining the stress-strain curve increased with the increase of strain.The larger the mass concentration and the cement-sand ratio,as well as the longer the curing time,the smaller the damage factor value and the less possibility the backfill to be destroyed.
