摘要：本文简要阐明开口薄壁杆件弯曲扭转时截面上的扇性正应力,及其表达式在工程结构强度计算中的应用。
Sector normal stress on section while thin-walled open members being forced by bending-torsion was introduced, and application of its mathematical expressions in calculation of engineering structure intensity were expounded.
