摘要:采用数值模拟分析与理论分析相结合的方法,研究液压油温度对轮式液压挖掘机的负载敏感多路阀压力补偿阀口流场的影响。通过仿真得到的压力场、速度场及湍流场进行对比,分析,了解其内部流场特征,找出温度对液流特性的影响,从而有利于减少阀内静压力的损失与气穴产生的几率,提高液压系统的性能。
Using the research methods of numerical simulation analysis and theoretical analysis, to research the hydraulic oil' temperature how to influence on the flow-field in the pressure compensated valve of the load sensitive multi-way valve. Based on the pressure field, velocity field and turbulent flow field to understand the internal flow field characteristics, and finding out the temperature how to influence on the multi-way valve pressure field, then to reduce the loss of the static pressure in the valve and the risk of air-pockets, to improve the performance of the hydraulic system.
