摘要:类木材料是以植物纤维和氧化镁为主要原材料,通过加入由氯化镁、可溶性硫酸盐和磷酸盐、分析纯酒石酸制备的溶液拌和均匀后,经高压静置固化成形的无机胶凝人工集成材。为将这种材料应用到建筑结构中,本文通过21个短梁的抗剪试验和30个立方体试件的劈裂抗拉试验来测定其抗剪强度和抗拉强度。结果表明:材料的微观结构成絮状,化学晶体不能完全充填微孔隙;两种试件的破坏均较为突然,延性较差;短梁抗剪破坏时,试件中部出现竖向裂缝但开展缓慢,而剪切面裂缝迅速贯通试件;立方体试件劈裂受拉破坏时,在平行于垫条的侧面产生横向裂缝,破坏时竖向裂缝迅速贯通劈裂面;材料的密度测试值为1 314 kg/m^3,变异系数为0.042;材料的内孔隙或纤维的顺向排列对强度影响较大,抗剪强度测试值为3.86 MPa、变异系数为0.101,抗拉强度测试值为3.17 MPa、变异系数为0.078。
Similar wood materials is inorganic gelling artificial material formed by mixing,pressurizing and solidifying with straw,wood pellets,magnesia and magnesium chloride as main raw materials. In order to apply this material to the building structure,the shear test is performed on 21 short beams to determine their shear strength,and splitting tensile test was performed on 30 cube specimens to determine their tensile strength.The test results show that microstructure of material is floculated,and chemical crystals cannot completely fill the micropores.Failure of both specimen is relatively sudden and the ductility is poor,when short beams are damaged by shear,vertical cracks appear in middle of specimen but development is slow,while crack on shear surface quickly penetrates specimen.When cube specimens are damaged by splitting tensile,transverse crack is generated on side parallel to mat,and vertical crack rapidly penetrates split surface when broken.Density of material is 1314 kg/m^3 and its coefficient of variation is 0. 042. Inner pores of material or forward directional arrangement of fibers have a great influence on strength,shear strength test value is 3.86 MPa and its coefficient of variation is 0.101,tensile strength test value is 3.17 MPa and its coefficient of variation is 0.078.
