摘要：通过分析食品专业研究生的市场需求情况和教学实验中存在的问题,结合CDIO教学模式的特点,把CDIO理念引入到食品专业研究生的教育中。以CDIO模式"构思-设计-实现-运行"这四个核心的关键环节与食品专业研究生教学实验体系中的课程设置,实验平台建设、项目申报,研究与开发,实践与成果转化这四点进行对应的探讨,为食品专业研究生的教育提供了新的参考思路。
Analyze the market requirement of food postgraduates and the problems existing in experiment teaching.According to the characteristics of the CDIO teaching mode, the CDIO concept was introduced into the education of foodpostgraduates. Four core keys of the CDIO model were conceive, design, implementation and operate, while the correspondingfood postgraduate education composed with course setting, experimental platform construction and reporting project, researchand development, practices and achievements was discussed together. The results would provide the new approaches for foodpostgraduate education development.
