摘要：针对岩质边坡不良地质体渐进破坏,开展模型试验中泥岩相似材料的试验,参考学者们已有的研究经验,选用两种配合比进行试配。第一组:铁精粉、重晶石粉、石英砂、橡胶粉及松香酒精;第二组:铁精粉、重晶石粉、石英砂、石膏粉和水。通过测试密度、抗压强度及变形模量发现第一组相似材料各指标与目标值均相差甚远,而第二组相似材料,需至少养护7 d,除密度外其余指标均在目标值范围。参照第二组配比,通过二次试验,重点调整铁精粉、重晶石粉掺量,两种材料质量占比约为65%~72%。另外加入适量甘油,得到了满足泥岩相似材料各项指标的配合比,试验结果能为制备泥岩相似材料时提供一定的借鉴。
Aiming at the progressive failure of poor geological body of rock slope,the mudstone similar material was tested in model test.Based on the research experience of scholars,two mixture ratios were selected in this paper.Group 1:iron powder,barite powder,quartz sand,rubber powder and rosin alcohol;Group 2:iron powder,barite powder,quartz sand,gypsum powder and water.By testing the density,compressive strength and deformation modulus,it is found that the indexes of the first group of similar materials are very different from the target values,while the second group of similar materials need to be cured for at least 7 days,and all the indexes are within the target values range except the density.According to the second group,the content of iron powder and barite powder are adjusted through the second experiment,with the proportion about 65%~72%.At the same time,a proper amount of glycerin is added to this material.The experimental results can provide reference for the preparation of mudstone similar materials.
