摘要:The novel red phosphor Ca2B10O17 center dot 5H(2)O:Eu3+ with microstructure has been synthesized via hydrothermal method. The effects of surfactants on the crystal structures, morphologies and luminescent properties of the samples are studied. It was found that the electric-dipole transition (617 nm) of Ca2B10O17 center dot 5H(2)O:Eu3+ is the dominant transition and it exhibit better red color purity than some reported anhydrous calcium borate host phosphors. The sample prepared with adding CTAB exhibited better dispersity, smaller size, smoother surface and stronger luminescence intensity than other samples, and its color coordinates is approximate to that of commercial red phosphor Y2O2S:Eu3+.
