摘要:我国西南地区喀斯特地质地貌发育,红粘土广泛分布。红粘土的"反剖面"特征加之土层较薄、厚度变化较大、下覆石灰岩上石芽(林)出露、基岩面倾斜起伏导致地基土可压缩层厚度不均为建筑物基础的稳定性带来诸多技术问题。以我国西南某市一大楼基础托换加固工程为案例,对喀斯特地区锚杆静压桩的压桩施工、桩体稳定(斜桩与飘桩)、压桩终压力、压桩系数与单桩承载力之间的关系进行了实测与分析;对喀斯特地区红粘土中静压桩施工双控原则、桩端阻力特征、桩体稳定性判别方法和挤土效应等措施进行了技术总结;对锚杆静压桩加固治理中产生的附加沉降发展规律进行了监测并通过信息化施工实现对建筑物基础沉降的主动调控和纠倾治理。最后对该工程进行了效果评价和技术总结,为喀斯特地区锚杆静压桩基础托换加固工程应用提供了重要参数依据。
The karst physiognomy is well developed and the red clay is widely distributed in the southwest of China. Owing to the reverse profile characteristics coupled with the thin soil, uneven thickness and bedrock surface slope, there are many technological problems for building foundation stability. Taking the building foundation reinforcement by using anchor static pressure piles as the case in karst area, the construction sequence and procedure, the pile end pressure, pressure coefficient of pile and single pile bearing capacity are analyzed and verified. The pressure on pile, the pile end resistance, the stability criterion of pile body and the measures to reduce the soil squeezing effect are summarized. The laws of building settlement which are monitored and analyzed in the construction of the anchor static pressure piles are used to guide the construction. Finally, the economic effect is evaluated and the technical key points are summarized for the engineering project to provide the important parameters for anchor static pressure piles used in karst area.
