摘要:金属膜片是航天飞行器推进系统中金属贮箱实现储能的核心部件,其翻转行为对贮箱性能起着决定性的作用。针对近半球形金属贮箱膜片,利用非线性仿真软件Patran系统研究了切线角度为87°~91°时,切线角度对膜片翻转行为的影响及不同材料的膜片对切线角度影响的敏感程度。结果表明,87°~89°为有效切线角度区间;不同变形阶段其曲线的变化趋势不同;不同材料的膜片对切线角度的敏感性有较大差异。最后通过试验验证了优化结果,为航天飞行器推进系统中储能金属贮箱膜片的研发提供了一定的参考价值。
Metal diaphragm is the significantly important component of metal storage tank to realize energy storage in space vehicle propulsion system,whose overturning behavior plays a crucial role in the performance of tank.Aming at hemispherical metal tank diaphragm,the influence of tangent angle on the overturning behavior of the membrane and the sensitivity of different materials to tangent angle are studied when the tangent angle ranges from 87 degrees to 91 degrees by using the Patran belonging to non-linear simulation softwares.The simulation results show that the effective tangential angle interval is 87°~89°;the changing trend of the curve is different in different deformation stages;the sensitivity of different materials to tangent angle is different.The optimization results are verified by experiments,providing a helpful reference for the research and development of development of the metal storage tank diaphragm in the space vehicle propulsion system.
