摘要:采用四电极法测试了纳米炭黑(NCB)的掺入对水泥砂浆导电性和机敏性的影响,结合扫描电镜观察了纳米炭黑改性水泥砂浆的微观结构,进而分析了纳米炭黑改善水泥砂浆导电性和机敏性的影响机理。结果表明:纳米炭黑掺入到水泥砂浆中,能均匀分布于基体内部修复孔隙、改善基体微观结构并形成完好的导电网络,从而提升基体内部导电通路的形成,进而增强水泥砂浆的导电性和机敏性。0.5%的纳米炭黑掺入使得水泥砂浆在单调加载和15 kN循环荷载作用下对应的电阻变化率分别提高102.42%和99.07%。
Effect of conductivity and alertness of nano carbon black (NCB)on the modified cement mortar were analyzed by four-probe method. The microstrueture of NCB modified cement mortars was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) ,and effect mechanism of NCB on the electrical conductivity and alertness of cement mortars was discussed. The results show that NCB can disperse well,heal holes,improve matrix microstructure and form intact conductive network,thus promote the formation of interior conductive path,and then enhance the electrical conductivity and alertness of cement mortar. When 0.5% su- perconductive nano carbon black is incorporated,variation rate of resistance in monotonic loading and cyclic compressive loading of cement mortar increase 102.42% and 99.07% under monotonic loading and 15 kN cyclic loading effect respectively.
