摘要：创新创业教育是高校顺应时代变革,也是高等教育适应经济新常态,建立创新型国家,实现中国梦改革发展的客观要求而产生的教育新模式。虽说创新创业还存在思想上的转换、制度上的保障、环境上的支持等诸多困难,但是现在,创新创业教育已经逐渐成为教育研究的重点。本文对创新创业教育与文化引领的作用进行探索,认为创新创业教育是与创新创业文化紧密相关的,要走出认为创新创业教育仅仅与自然科学相关的狭隘思想。本文以贵州理工学院制药工程学院为例,建立有全院师生广泛认同的科学先进,具有中国特色的创新创业教育理念、文化氛围、文化理念,介绍创新创业文化在创新创业教育中的意义和成效,使得创新创业活动在创新创业文化的引领下蓬勃开展。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new education mode foradapting to the changing times,adapting to the economienew normal, establishing an innovative country and achieving the Chinese dream. Although there are many difficulties in innovation and entrepreneurship, such as the transformation of ideas,the guarantee of the system, the support of the environment and so on, at present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually become the focus of education research. In this paper,the innovation and entrepreneurship education and the role of cultural guidance were explored and it is proposed that innovation and entrepreneurship education is closely related with the innovation and entrepreneurial culture. And we should get out of the thought that innovation and entrepreneurship education is only related to natural science. TakeingGuizhou Institute of Technology as an example ,in this paper,the innovation and entrepreneurship education concept or cultural atmosphere which was advanced, widely accepted by all the teachers and students and of Chinese characteristics, was established. The significance and effect of innovation and entrepreneurship culture in innovation and entrepreneurship education were also introduced, which will makeinnovation and entrepreneurial activities flourish under the guidance of innovative entrepreneurial culture.
