摘要:The structural uniformity of two-dimensional multifunctional composites has an important influence on their catalytic performance. Among them, ZnO-loaded composites are widely used in the field of photocatalytic degradation of pollutants. However, achieving highly uniform ZnO loading on the carrier surface via simple processes remains challenging. Novel composite of ZnO/flake α-Al2O3 with high homogeneity were obtained by a low-cost ethanol pretreatment in this study. First, the flake α-Al2O3 powder was pretreated by ethanol to increase the active sites on its surface. Second, ZnO/flake α-Al2O3 materials were successfully prepared by liquid-phase deposition. The composites obtained at a reaction temperature of 60 ℃, stirring speed of 300 r/min, stirring time of 40 min, and ethanol dosage of 20 mL had high uniformity with a ZnO content of up to 12 %. The degradation rate of methylene blue by ZnO/flake α-Al2O3 reached 96.2 % at 50 min. Finally, the possible formation mechanism of ZnO/flake α-Al2O3 was discussed. The results of this study can provide valuable references for the structural modulation process for the preparation of highly homogeneous two-dimensional composite functional materials. ? 2026 Elsevier B.V.
