摘要:根据半无限体理论,建立了倾斜煤层走向底板采动破坏深度力学求解模型,计算了倾斜煤层底板采动最大破坏深度。以平煤十矿的开采地质条件为工程背景,基于FLAC^(3D)数值仿真软件,对22300工作面底板采动破坏特征进行数值模拟。研究表明:沿煤层走向方向,底板采动塑性破坏区大致呈1个勺底偏向停采线一侧的"勺状"分布形态,且当推进至工作面"见方"期(回采距离等于工作面斜长)时,底板采动破坏深度首次达到峰值15 m。采用位移传感器法,对底板破坏深度进行现场实测,底板位移监测曲线表明,底板采动最大破坏深度为14~16 m,与理论计算及数值模拟所得结果吻合。
Based on the semi-infinite body theory, the mechanical solution model of floor failure depth of inclined coal seam is established, and the maximum floor mining failure depth of inclined coal seam is calculated. Taking the mining geological conditions of No.10 coal mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group as the project background, based on FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation software, the numerical simulation is carried out on the characteristics of mining floor failure in 22300 working face. Research shows that the floor mining plastic failure zone is roughly a"ladle "distribution form whose bottom is towards the stop line side,and the mining floor reaches the maximum failure depth for the first time, with the peak being 15 m when advancing distance equals to the inclined length of working face. The displacement sensor method is used to measure the floor failure depth. The floor displacement monitoring curve shows that the maximum depth of floor mining failure is 14 m to 16 m, which is consistent with the theoretical calculation and the numerical simulation results.
