摘要:Dislocation density and residual stress of machined surface are essential factors affecting the service performance of mechanical structures. Through cutting experiments and theoretical analysis, this paper focused on the residual stress and dislocation density of machined surfaces in the turning of high strength steel by a self-developed coated carbide micro-structure turning tool and an original turning tool under the same cutting conditions using X-ray diffraction. Research results show that the micro-structure on the rake face of the coated carbide turning tool is beneficial to reduce the dislocation density and the residual tensile stress and improve the microstructural uniformity of the machined surface, which is more beneficial to the service performance of the mechanical parts. ? 2020 The Authors.
