摘要:空调外机作为空调重要换热的部件,其温度过高会造成外机运行故障,从而导致系统瘫痪,所以针对空调外机温度场进行数值模拟,计算和仿真温度较高区域,便于对空调外机高温处进行温度控制,优化外机运行环境。通过外机内部流体的换热,热传递及其对流,建立流体内部导热方程,同时建立空气与风扇的控制方程,设置边界条件,完成空调外机理论建模,利用Fluent软件,模拟正常换热过程,来观察外机内部流体不同时刻温度变化,空气出口温度,得到不同时刻空调内部流场温度分布图。通过Fluent分析能较准确地得到空调外机温度场分布,为实际空调外机温度控制及其监测提供理论支撑。
Since the external unit of the air conditioner is an important heat exchange component of the air conditioner,its high temperature will cause the operation failure of the external unit,resulting in the paralysis of the system,so the numerical simulation of the temperature field of the external unit of the air conditioner is carried out,and the area with high temperature is calculated and simulated,which is convenient for the temperature control of the high temperature of the external unit and optimizes the operating environment of the external unit.Through the heat exchange,heat transfer and convection of the internal fluid of the external unit,the internal heat conduction equation of the fluid is established,and the control equation of the air and the fan is established at the same time,the boundary conditions are set,the theoretical modeling of the external unit of the air conditioner is completed,and the normal heat exchange process is simulated by Fluent software to observe the temperature change of the internal fluid of the external unit at different times,the temperature temperature of the air outlet,and obtain the temperature distribution map of the internal flow field of the air conditioner at different times.The temperature field distribution of the air conditioner unit can be obtained more accurately through Fluent analysis,which provides theoretical support for the actual temperature control and monitoring of the air conditioner unit.
