摘要：研究现有工期延误分析方法的优缺点、适用情形、影响延误分析方法选择的因素及方法决策,确认国内环境下得到认可的五大类工期延误分析方法选择的影响因素。应用AHP层次分析法,确定了工期延误分析方法选择模型。
The paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of the existing analysis methods for time delay, the applicable situation, the factors influencing the selection of the analysis methods for time delay and the decision-making of the methods. Confirmed the factors influencing the selection of the five types of time delay analysis methods approved under the domestic environment through questionnaire survey. The selection model of the analysis method of time delay is determined by the combination of document evaluation method and AHP analytic hierarchy process.
