摘要：城市公园服务评价是对公园服务供给响应城市居民的需求程度进行的测度。手机大数据中的个体时空信息包含了个体的活动轨迹及活动时间,对分析公园的服务人数、服务时长、服务半径和服务有效性提供了丰富的数据信息。其中,服务人数反映了公园的整体服务能力;服务时长反映了公园对游客的吸引力;服务半径反映了公园的服务辐射能力;服务有效性反映了公园的真实服务情况与预期服务能力间的差异。以贵阳市观山湖公园为案例,对观山湖公园的服务人数、服务时长、服务半径和服务有效性进行了评价。通过与传统的可达性评价方法进行比较,本文所构建的评价方法解决了传统评价方法评价指标设置的主观性问题,避免了传统模型缺少实证数据检验的缺陷,较为全面地反映了城市公园的真实服务状况。
The service evaluation on urban parks is a measure of park service supply in response to the demand of urban residents. The individual spatial temporal information contained in mobile big data provides the possibility of analyzing the number and visiting hours of park tourists and the service radius and service effectiveness of urban parks. The number of visitors can be used to evaluate the park＇s overall service capacity,reflect the service peak. The visiting hours can be used to reflect the attraction of park＇s environment and facilities to its tourists;the service radius can be used to reflect the radiation ability of the park; the service effectiveness can be used to show the gap between the real and expected service ability of the park. Taking Guiyang Guanshan Lake Park for example,this essay evaluates the people amount,service time,service semidimeter and service efficiency. Generally speaking,it＇s a novel method which solve the subjectivity problem of traditional methods when setting evaluation index and avoid the drawback of traditional model which lacks empirical tests,so that it reflects the real service condition of whole urban parks.
