摘要:该研究选用L_9(3~4)正交试验对木姜叶柯红茶的提取条件如加水量、提取次数和提取时间进行了考察,选用三叶苷、根皮苷和多酚作为评价指标进行加权评分方差分析,以探索最佳提取的工艺参数。研究确定提取工艺条件优选为A1B3C2D1,即取红茶5g,加水量为300m L,提取3次,提取时间为20min;按以上条件进行3次验证实验,结果表明,该工艺条件下根皮苷的提取转移率为90.53%,三叶苷的提取转移率为89.97%,多酚的提取转移率为90.69%。该实验提供了对木姜叶柯红茶的提取方法,并验证了方法对提取主要成分的稳定性,为木姜叶柯红茶的开发利用提供参考借鉴。
To study the boiling method of Mujiangyeke black-tea and find out the best boiling process,the orthogonal experiment was used to select the amount of water,the number of decoction and the time of boiling. The content of phlorizin,trilobatin and the total poly-phenols were selected as evaluation indexs. The boiling conditions were optimized as A1B3C2D1,that is,5 g of Mujiangyeke black-tea,adding water 300,300,300 mL,boiling 3 times,boiling time 20,20,20 min,respectively. According to the optimization process,the results showed that the transfer rate of phlorizin,trilobatin and total poly-phenols was 90.53%,89.97% and 90.69%,in respectively. It was suggested that boiling should be carried out according to the optimized method and which indicated that the process was stable and feasible.
