摘要：利用全国、贵州省域和县域三个层面的数据,构建时间序列和截面数据回归计量模型,从时间维度和空间维度实证研究了产业发展和城镇化的互动关系。结果表明:产业结构和产业布局与城镇化率之间均存在着显著的互动关系;从全国层面看,城镇化率影响第二产业就业结构,而第三产业就业结构影响城镇化率;从贵州省看,其城镇化率对产业就业结构没有显著影响,而产业就业结构却显著影响城镇化率;贵州省城镇化率受产业集聚影响的强度和作用幅度大于全国平均值,其中最显著的是教育发展的集聚程度。建议贵州省应提高二三产业的比重和集聚程度,合理规划产业发展导向,推动以产业发展为动力的新型城镇化进程。
This essay constructs time- series and cross -sectional data regression econometric models by using three levels of data： country, Guizhou Province and Guizhou counties to empirically analyze the interaction between industrial development and urbanization from the dimensions of time and space. The results show that：there is a significant interaction between the industrial development and the urbanization rate. From a national perspective, the urbanization rate will affect the secondary industry employment structure, while the tertiary industry employment outcomes will affect the urbanization rate. In terms of Guizhou Province,the rate does not significantly affect the employment structure, while the industrial employment structure has significantly affected the urbanization rate. The intensity and magnitude of the impact on Guizhou urbanization rate by industry cluster is greater than the national average level, which the education is the most significant among others. This essay concludes that Guizhou Province should increase the proportion and agglomeration degree of secondary and tertiary industries and rationally plan the policy of industry in order to promote the urbanization by the rationalization of the industry as the driving force.
