摘要：红枫湖是贵阳市重要的饮用水源地,由于城市化发展及诸多原因,自20世纪90年代以来水质受到一定程度污染。1995年省委、省政府立法保护红枫湖,并成立“两湖”领导小组,对红枫湖流域进行综合整治,使其水质得到不断改善。至2019年,红枫湖水体环境质量已经达到治理预期目标,各个监测点位水质从局部劣Ⅴ类改善至整体Ⅱ类。笔者回顾了20世纪90年代以来红枫湖的水质变化趋势,并对引发水质变化的原因、历年政策及措施的执行情况以及存在的问题进行了综合分析。针对红枫湖的生态保护提出治理对策建议。
The Hongfeng Lake is an important drinking water source in Guiyang.Due to the development of urbanization and a variety of reasons,the water quality has been polluted to a certain extent since the 1990s.In 1995,the provincial party committee and provincial government legislated to protect the Hongfeng Lake,and set up a“two lakes”leading group to comprehensively renovate the Hongfeng Lake basin,the water quality has been continuously improved.By 2019,the environmental quality of the Hongfeng Lake water body has reached the expected goal of treatment,and the water quality of each monitoring point has been improved from local inferior class V to the overall class II.This paper reviews the trend of water quality change in the Hongfeng Lake since 1990s,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the causes of water quality change,the implementation of policies and measures over the years and the existing problems.In view of the ecological protection of the Hongfeng Lake,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
