摘要:采用双因素方差法,分析研究了硅灰掺量及龄期对高性能自密实混凝土(HPSCC)抗压强度的影响,并建立了抗压强度预测模型。结果表明,硅灰掺量及龄期均对HPSCC的抗压强度均有明显影响;随硅灰掺量增加,混凝土的抗压强度先提高后降低,硅灰掺量13%时,混凝土的28 d抗压强度最高;硅灰掺量增加对早期抗压强度变化影响更明显,在掺量15%时,HPSCC的7 d/28 d抗压强度比达92.1%;建立了基于硅灰掺量和龄期的HPSCC抗压强度预测模型。
In this paper,the effects of silica fume content and age on the compressive strength of high performance self-compacting concrete(HPSCC)were investigated through two-factor variance analysis,and a compressive strength prediction model was established.Studies have shown that both the silica fume content and age have a significant effect on the compressive strength of HPSCC.The compressive strength of the cube first increases then decreases with the increase of silica fume content and then,the 28 d compressive strength reaches the maximum value when the silica fume content is 13%.The increase of silica fume content has a certain effect on change of early compressive strength,and the 7 d/28 d strength ratio reaches 92.1%when the content is 15%.The HPSCC compressive strength prediction model based on silica fume content and age has been established.
