摘要:为提高工业硅冶炼过程中硅元素利用率,需对微硅粉进行回炉冶炼。本试验以微硅粉为原料,添加黏结剂制备合格微硅粉球团。通过调节黏结剂配方,得到优化的黏结剂配方为:黏结剂Y加入量2.0%,可溶淀粉加入量0.4%,氢氧化钠溶液(浓度4mol/L)加入量15%。此配方制成的干球团落下强度8.1次,抗压强度1815N;热球团落下强度8.0次,抗压强度571N。球团性能较好,满足生产要求。
In order to improve the utilization rate of silicon in the smelting process of industrial grade silicon,it was necessary to smelt the microsilica in the furnace.In the experiment,microsilica was used as raw material to prepare qualified microsilica pellets by adding binder.By adjusting the binder formula,the optimized binder formula was ob-tained as follows:2.0%of binder Y,0.4%of soluble starch,and 15%of sodium hydroxide solution(concentration 4 mol/L).The dry pellets made with the formula have 8.1 times of shatter strength and 1815 N compressive strength.The shatter strength of hot pellets is 8.0 times,and the compressive strength is 571 N.The obtained pellets had good performance and can meet the production requirements.
