摘要:研究了采用加碱浸出—混合氧化钙的方法从粉煤灰中制备硅酸钙粉体。考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、碱液浓度、液固比对硅铝浸出率的影响,实验结果表明在浸出温度为90℃、浸出时间为5 h、碱液质量分数为40%、液固质量比为10的条件下硅铝的浸出效果最佳。同时考察了制备硅酸钙的影响因素,实验结果表明在反应温度为90℃、反应时间为2.5 h、搅拌转速为30 r/s条件下可制得较纯的硅酸钙制品。对制备的硅酸钙粉体进行了表征。
Calcium silicate powder was prepared from fly ash by the method of adding alkali leaching and mixed CaO.The effects oftemperature, leaching time,alkali concentration,and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rates of aluminum and silicon were investigated.Experimental results showed that the best conditions for leaching of silicon and aluminum were as follows: the leaching temperature was 90 益,the leaching time was 5 h,the alkali mass fraction was 40%,and the liquid-solid ratio was 10. The influencing factors ofthe preparation ofcalcium silicate were also investigated.Experimental results showed that: When the reaction temperature was 90 益,the reacting time was 2.5 h,and the stirring speed was 30 r/ s,the pure calcium silicate products could be obtained. Finally,the prepared calcium silicate powderwere characterized.
