摘要:延胡索中含有丰富的延胡索乙素,具有较强的止痛作用,本文研究了从延胡索中浸提延胡索乙素的工艺,确定其最佳的浸提参数。通过单因素梯度实验研究,首先确定最佳的提取方法以及提取溶剂,然后对浸提溶剂的浓度,浸提时间,浸提温度,浸提次数几种参数进行研究。得出提取延胡索乙素用甲醇超声提取的最好方法是:料液比为1∶10,超声浸提溶剂为50%甲醇,超声浸提时间为30 min,超声?提温度为60℃,超声浸提的次数为2次。延胡索乙素用甲醇浸提工艺参数达到最佳时,其提取率可以大大的提高。
Yanhusuo contains abundant tetrahydropalmatine, has strong analgesic effect. The extraction from rhizoma corydalis tetrahydropalmatine process to determine the optimal extraction parameters was studied. Through the single factor gradient experiment research, first determining things were the best extracting method and extracting solvent, several parameters such as concentration of extraction solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times were studied. The most efficient way of ultrasonic extraction of tetrahydropalmatine in methanol method was found, and solid- liquid ratio was 1 : 10, ultrasonic extraction solvent was 50% methanol, ultrasonic extraction time was 30 min, ultrasonic temperature was 60 ℃, the number of ultrasonic extraction was when 2 times. When tetrahydropalmatine in methanol extraction process parameters achieved the best, its extraction efficiency could be greatly improved.
