摘要:针对近些年来充填工程在各类矿山的不断推广,充填工程也面临着诸多难题与挑战,一些矿山的充填钻孔在长期使用过程中经过充填物料颗粒的高频撞击、冲刷与磨蚀,已经遭受了不同程度的破坏。作为充填工程中的瓶颈环节,充填钻孔任意形式的损坏都将会对大规模采空区治理、固体废弃物高效利用产生巨大的影响。结合近些年来国内外充填钻孔出现的常见故障类型,着重结合几种主流的充填管道连接方式,论述其管道材质、工艺过程、受力方式等对充填钻孔管道产生的作用,分析可行的管道故障应对技术措施,以期为充填工程的顺利进行及充填管道的维护、固体废弃物的资源化利用及采空区治理提供一些必要的技术支持。
In response to the continuous promotion of filling projects in metal mines in recent years, filling projects are faced with many challenges. In some mines, the filling holes have been subjected to high-frequency impact,erosion and abrasion of filling material particles due to the long-term use. With varying degrees of damage, as a bottleneck in filling projects, any type of damage to the borehole produces a huge impact on the management of large-scale goafs and the use of solid waste. On the basis of the classification of filling borehole failures at home and abroad in recent years, this paper discusses the effects of pipeline material, process, and force methods on the filling of borehole pipelines by focusing on the connection methods of several mainstream filling pipelines. This research provides some necessary technical support for the smooth operation of the filling project and the maintenance of the filling pipeline, the resource utilization of solid waste and the management of the goaf.
