摘要:该论文针对工厂生产的具体问题,通过使用理论分析及CFD数值模拟分析相结合的研究方法,对轮式液压挖掘机负载敏感多路阀的阀后压力补偿回路流道流场进行仿真研究。通过仿真得到的压力场及压力等值线图进行对比分析,进而找出其压力补偿阀芯结构对多路阀压力补偿回路流道流场的影响。
This paper combining with the concrete production practice, using the research methods of numerical simulation analysis and theoretical analysis, to analysis the Pressure-compensated valve's runner and flow field of the thydraulic excavator's load sensitive multi-way valve. Based on the pressure field, understanding the internal flow field characteristics, and finding out the valve core's structures on the influences of the multi-way valve's flow field.
