摘要：多民族、多语种、多文化是我国国情之一,协调国家一体化和民族文化多元化之间二者需要推行少数民族双语教育,培养少数民族人才,应当从目前的文化背景、教育现状着手进行细致的需求导向分析,从而完成对新时期少数民族双语教育人才培养制度变革的方向性探索。论文通过对当下少数民族聚居区域的双语教育推行现状进行系统分析,结合基础教育整体现状,探索未来少数民族双语教育的发展方向。
Muti-ethnic,multilingual and multicultural is one of the national conditions of our country.Thus,it is necessary that to carrying out bilingual education of ethnic minorities;and cultivating talents of ethnic minorities based on detailed demand-oriented analysis from the current cultural background and present situation of education.In order to complete the directional exploration of the reform of personnel training system of bilingual education of ethnic minorities in the new period.Based on the systematic analysis of the present situation of bilingual education in minority areas,and combined with the overall situation of basic education,this paper explores the development direction of bilingual education for ethnic minorities in the future.
