摘要:为探讨综采工作面沿空侧煤柱宽度对回采巷道稳定性的影响,以内蒙古鄂尔多斯某矿井12412工作面为工程背景,采用Abaqus有限元软件建立计算模型,分析留设3~26 m宽度煤柱条件下的巷道围岩应力、位移及塑性区的变化规律,并据此得出确保煤炭安全高效开采的合理煤柱宽度。研究结果表明,煤柱宽度在10 m以下时,煤柱塑性贯通严重,巷道小煤柱帮变形量较难控制,煤柱整体稳定性较差;煤柱宽度在16~21 m时,煤柱塑性占比快速降低,稳定性不断增强;煤柱宽度大于21 m以后,围岩应力峰值不断增加,煤柱稳定性逐步降低。由此可见,该矿井12412工作面沿空侧煤柱合理宽度约20 m。研究结果可为该矿井12412工作面及类似工况安全施工提供技术支撑。
In order to explore the influence of the width of the coal pillar along the goaf on the stability of the mining roadway in a fully mechanized mining face,taking the 12412 working face of a mine in Ordos,Inner Mongolia as the engineering background,a calculation model is established by using Abaqus finite element software to analyze the changes in stress,displacement,and plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the condition of leaving a coal pillar width of 3~26 meters.Based on this,a reasonable coal pillar width was obtained to ensure safe and efficient coal mining.The research results show that when the width of the coal pillar is below 10 meters,the plastic penetration of the coal pillar is severe,the deformation of the small coal pillar in the roadway is difficult to control,and the overall stability of the coal pillar is poor;When the width of the coal pillar is between 16 and 21 meters,the proportion of plasticity in the coal pillar rapidly decreases and the stability continues to increase;After the width of the coal pillar exceeds 21 m,the peak stress of the surrounding rock continues to increase,and the stability of the coal pillar gradually decreases.From this,it can be seen that the reasonable width of the coal pillar along the empty side of the 12412 working face in the mine is about 20 m.The research results can provide technical support for safe construction of the 12412 working face and similar working conditions in the mine.
