摘要:采用ANSYS有限元软件对弹塑性状态下的内压厚壁圆筒的三向应力进行应力分析,直观展示厚壁圆筒的径向应力σr、环向应力σβ和轴向应力σz的分布规律。ANSYS计算结果与解析解吻合较好:弹塑性状态下厚壁圆筒的径向应力为压应力,随半径而减小;环向应力为拉应力,其值在塑性区随半径增大而增大,在弹性区随半径增大而减小,在临界面处取得最大值;轴向应力在塑性区随半径增大而增大,在弹性区为一恒定值。ANSYS为厚壁圆筒的应力分析提供了可靠且高效的手段。
Using ANSYS finite element software,the stress analysis of the three-direction stress of the internal pressure thick wall cylinder under elastoplastic State is carried out,and the distribution law of radial stress,axial stress and cyclic stress of thick-walled cylinders is visualized.The calculation results of ANSYS are in good agreement with the analytical solution:the radial stress of thick-walled cylinders under elastoplastic state is compressive stress,which decreases with the radius,and the cyclic stress is tensile stress,its value increases with the radius in the plastic region,decreases with the increase of radius,and obtains the maximum value at the critical surface,and the axial stress is tensile stress.In the plastic zone increases with the radius,and the elastic zone is a constant value.ANSYS provides a reliable and efficient means for stress analysis of thick-walled cylinders.
