摘要:保护渣的烧结特性直接影响连铸过程的稳定性,因此保护渣烧结倾向是评价保护渣性能的重要指标。针对保护渣烧结特性检测误差大,方法不统一的现状,介绍了一种检测评价保护渣烧结温度和液相生成量的方法。应力-应变法在惰性气氛下,对升温过程中的保护渣施加压应力,通过实时检测渣样的应变情况,得到保护渣微区液相生成信息。由于微区液相的生成行为直接影响保护渣烧结特性,因此,应力-应变法可通过渣样的应变数据得到保护渣烧结特性。试验验证表明,应力-应变法检测保护渣烧结温度及烧结速率准确可行,重复性好。
Sintering properties of mold fluxes can affect the performance of continuous casting directly,thus the sintering tendency of mold fluxes is adopted as a significant indicator to evaluate the performance of mold fluxes.As the methods for sintering-property measurements are not unified at present,and the result is also not accurate,a method to measure the sintering temperature and quantity of liquid phases formed in sintering was proposed.Sinteringproperty measurements is conducted in inert atmosphere,after exerting appropriate compressive stress on mold flux samples during heating,corresponding on-site volumetric strain can be detected to acquire the information of liquid phases formed in the micro-area of mold fluxes.As the formation behavior of liquid phases in the micro-area affects the sintering property of mold fluxes directly,sintering properties of mold fluxes can be obtained by analyzing the volumetric strain data.Experiments proved that sintering-property measurements can measure the sintering temperature and sintering speed of mold fluxes accurately with excellent repeatability.
