摘要:机械制造技术基础课程是为适应机电专业改革而重新构建的一门课程,围绕产品的加工制造,以机械加工工艺为主线,包含机床设备、金属切削原理与刀具、工艺装备等有关内容。通过采用CDIO理念指导学生的学习,加强学生综合性的工程训练,培养工程意识和创新意识,在课程改革与建设中,将培养学生解决工程实际问题的能力贯穿于整个教学过程。
The basic course of mechanical manufacturing technology is a re-construction course to adapt to the reform of electromechanical profession.It focuses on the processing and manufacturing of products,and takes the machining process as the main line.It involves the machine tool equipment,metal cutting principle and tools,process equipment and other related content.This paper use CDIO concept to guide students’ learning,strengthen students’ comprehensive engineering training,and cultivate engineering awareness and innovation consciousness.In the curriculum reform and construction,the ability to train students to solve practical problems in engineering runs through the entire teaching process.
