摘要：高校作为培育时代新人的主阵地,在筑牢意识形态安全屏障、推动民族团结进步、培育民族复兴大任担当者等方面具有不可替代的作用。当前,高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作面临协同育人机制不健全、课程体系建设不完善、实践育人载体相对单一、教育资源挖掘整合不足、教师队伍综合素养有待提升等多重困境。为此,高校需立足新时代民族工作要求,构建党委统筹、全员参与、协同推进的工作体系,通过强化顶层设计构建协同育人新格局、夯实课程阵地打造全课程育人体系、深化实践育人搭建认知认同转化通道、创新校园文化搭建文化交融平台、加强师资建设筑牢育人核心保障等实践路径,将中华民族共同体意识全方位融入人才培养全过程,引导青年学生树立正确的国家观、民族观、文化观,为中华民族伟大复兴凝聚精神力量、筑牢思想根基。
As the main battlefield for cultivating new talents of the era,universities possess irreplaceable strategic value in fortifying the ideological security barrier,promoting ethnic unity and progress,and nurturing individuals who will shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Currently,the education of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community in colleges and universities is faced with many difficulties,such as the imperfect collaborative education mechanism,the insufficient construction of curriculum system,the relatively single carrier of practice education,the insufficient excavation and integration of educational resources,and the need to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers.To address these issues,universities must align with the requirements of ethnic work in the new era,establish a working system characterized by overall coordination by the Party committee,full participation,and collaborative advancement,and adopt practical approaches such as strengthening top-level design to construct a new collaborative education pattern,consolidating the curriculum to create a comprehensive curriculum education system,deepening practical education to build a channel for cognitive identity transformation,innovating campus culture to construct a platform for cultural integration,and enhancing faculty development to solidify the core guarantee of education.By fully integrating the sense of community consciousness among the Chinese nation into the entire process of talent cultivation,universities can guide young students to establish correct views on the country,ethnicity,and culture,thereby gathering spiritual strength and laying a solid ideological foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
