摘要：在新型城镇化战略的引领下,我国城镇化建设成绩显著,但以黔东南苗族侗族自治州为代表的少数民族地区由于少数民族农业人口比重大,城镇化进程发展缓慢,城镇规模分布和空间布局不够合理,城镇职能单一,以资源开发为主的小城镇居多,城镇体系缺乏经济辐射带动力。应从新型城镇化视角出发,立足地方资源条件、产业转移机遇、城镇化基础和少数民族特征,从完善城镇等级规模结构、布局双组团加三轴线的城镇体系空间、发展以工业为主导的非农产业等方面着手构建健康有序的城镇体系结构,以促进民族地区社会经济的可持续发展。
Under the guidance of the new urbanization strategy, the achievements of urbanization in China are remarkable. However, due to the large proportion of agricultural population, in the ethnic minority areas represented by Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, the urbanization development process is slow, the urban scale distribution in the low level equilibrium stage, the urban functions single, the small towns with resource development, the spatial layout unbalanced, and the urban system lacks economic radiation power. From the perspective of new urbanization,the ethnic minority areas should be based on local resource conditions, industrial transfer opportunities, urbanization and ethnic minority characteristics, the improvement of urban scale structure, layout of twin gruops-three axis of the urban system space, the development of industrial-led non-agricultural industries and other aspects to build a healthy and orderly urban system to promote the social and economic sustainable development in ethnic minority areas.
