摘要:在拜耳法氧化铝生产中,有机物常会伴随铝土矿进入到铝酸钠溶液中。随着生产的进行,有机物含量会逐渐增加,严重的影响着氧化铝的正常生产。本文研究了浓缩结晶法对铝酸钠溶液中有机物排除率的影响规律,结果显示,有机物的排除率与苛性碱浓度密切相关,当苛性碱浓度约为360 g/L时,有机物的排除率最高,可达80%以上。
During process of Bayer process alumina production, some organic compounds brought into the solution of sodium aluminate with the bauxite. The quantity of organic compounds will gradually increase with the alumina production, which jeopardizing the production of alumina. The condensation crystallization method affected on the influence law of organic compounds removing rate in sodium aluminate solution was studied. The results showed that organic compounds removing rate and caustic sodium concentration was closely related, The maximum organic compounds removing rate reached higher than 80% when condensing to 360 g/L( Nk ).
