摘要:黄花棘豆在我国西部地区分布广泛,是危害西部天然草地最为严重的毒草之一,其生物资源储量丰富,具有资源化开发利用的潜力。近40年来,国内外学者从黄花棘豆中发现了近300多个化合物,包括生物碱类、黄酮类和三萜皂苷类等类型。相关化合物在抗肿瘤、抗乙型肝炎病毒、杀虫、抑菌、抗缺氧等方面表现出一定的生物活性。本文从黄花棘豆的化学成分及生物活性方面进行概述,以期为黄花棘豆的资源化开发利用奠定基础。
The plant Oxytropis ochrocephala Bunge,widely distributed in western China,is a common poisonous plant found in the western grassland of China.It is rich in biological resources and has the potential of resource development and utilization.In nearly 40 years,nearly 300 compounds identified from O.ochrocephala,consisting of alkaloids,flavonoids,triterpenoid saponins and other chemicals.Some of these compounds exhibited a broad array of pharmacological activities,such as antitumor,antiviral,insecticidal and antibacterial properties.In this paper,the chemical constituents and bioactivities of O.ochrocephala were reviewed,which could provide the basis for the further development and utilization of O.ochrocephala Bunge.
