摘要:本试验以乌龟幼龟为试验动物,旨在研究饲料维生素C(Vc)添加对24 h急性冷应激前后幼龟生理和血清生化指标的影响。在水温为(28±1)℃条件下,用Vc含量为0、100、200、500 mg/kg和2500 mg/kg的饲料投喂幼龟[(88.9±2.45)g]4周后开始急性冷应激试验。应激条件为(13±1)℃,24 h。生理试验结果表明:Vc100组的幼龟在急性冷应激24 h后的脾脏系数较冷应激前有显著升高(53.90%,P=0.015)。除对照组Vc0外,各Vc添加组的血红蛋白含量在24 h急性冷应激后均极显著的下降(29.98%,P=0.008;24.10%,P=0.008;49.09%,P=0.000;36.31%,P=0.000),与对照组Vc0相比,Vc500组的血红蛋白含量在急性冷应激后显著降低(28.22%,P=0.016)。血清生化指标结果显示:与Vc0组相比,各Vc添加组尿酸(UA)含量在急性冷应激24 h后均显著下降(33.75%,P=0.001;31.25%,P=0.002;22.57%,P=0.020;32.10%,P=0.001);Vc200、Vc500和Vc2500组的葡萄糖(GLU)浓度在急性冷应激24 h后有显著降低(16.56%,P=0.043;19.17%,P=0.034;26.81%,P=0.012);24 h急性冷应激后Vc100组的谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALTZ)显著上升(122.55%,P=0.049);Vc200和Vc500的肌酸激酶(CK)含量在急性冷应激24h后显著高于Vc100组(65.20%,P=0.030;63.39%,P=0.029);Vc0组和Vc200组在24 h急性冷应激后乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量有显著上升(47.27%P=0.032;54.71%,P=0.007);Vc100组在急性冷应激24 h后碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量显著上升(99.89%,P=0.020)。研究表明饲料Vc添加对24 h急性冷应激前后幼龟的部分生理和血清生化指标具有较大的影响。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Vc supplementation on physiological and serum biochemical indexes of juvenile Chinemys reevesii before and after 24h acute cold stress.At the water temperature of(28±1)℃,the young turtles[(88.9±2.45)g]were fed diets containing 0,100,200,500 mg/kg and 2500 mg/kg Vc for 4 weeks.The stress condition was(13±1)℃for 24 hours.The results of physiological experiment showed that the spleen coefficient of young turtles in Vc100 group was significantly higher than that before cold stress(53.90%,P=0.015)after 24 hours of acute cold stress.Except for Vc0 in the control group,the hemoglobin content of all Vc supplemented groups decreased significantly after 24 h acute cold stress(29.98%,P=0.008;24.10%,P=0.008;49.09%,P=0.000;36.31%,P=0.000),compared with the control group Vc0,the hemoglobin content of Vc500 group was significantly decreased after acute cold stress(28.22%,P=0.016).The results of serum biochemical indexes showed that compared with Vc0 group,the content of uric acid(UA)in all Vc supplementation groups significantly decreased after 24 hours of acute cold stress(33.75%,P=0.001;31.25%,P=0.002;22.57%,P=0.020;32.10%,P=0.001);Glucose(GLU)in Vc200,Vc500 and Vc2500 groups was significantly decreased after 24 hours of acute cold stress(16.56%,P=0.043;19.17%,P=0.034;26.81%,P=0.012);After 24 h acute cold stress,the level of alanine aminotransferase(ALTZ)in Vc100 group increased significantly(122.55%,P=0.049).Creatine kinase(CK)content of Vc200 and Vc500 groups was significantly higher than that of Vc100 group after 24 hours of acute cold stress(65.20%,P=0.030;63.39%,P=0.029);Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)content in Vc0 group and Vc200 group increased significantly after 24 h acute cold stress(47.27%,P=0.032;54.71%,P=0.007);The content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in Vc100 group was significantly increased after 24 hours of acute cold stress(99.89%,P=0.020).The results showed that exogenous Vc supplementation had great effects on some physiological and serum biochemical indexes of juvenile Chinemys reevesii before and after 24 h acute cold stress.
