摘要:文章采用静电纺丝技术,将荧光小分子TPECNPy-2和TPECNPy-3与聚乳酸(PLA)复合,制备系列具有刺激响应性能的微纳米纤维复合膜。分析TPECNPy-2和TPECNPy-3的含量对纤维复合膜的结构和酸致变色性能的影响。结果表明:TPECNPy-2和TPECNPy-3的相对比例对复合膜的化学结构、纤维形貌和聚集态结构无显著影响,制备的纤维直径在400~500 nm之间。在酸蒸汽的作用下,复合纤维膜最大荧光发射波长从酸熏前的492~499 nm变为542~587 nm,体系中TPECNPy-2含量越大,光谱红移越明显。酸熏后的复合膜经氨水熏蒸,荧光发射均恢复到初始状态。加入荧光小分子,纤维膜接触角从101.6°增至125°。系列复合纤维膜均具有良好的可逆酸致变色性能;两种有机小分子加入后纤维膜的疏水性得到明显提高。
A series of micro-nanofiber composite membranes with stimuli-responsive properties were prepared using electrospinning technique by combining fluorescent small molecules TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 with polylactic acid(PLA).The effects of the content of TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 on the structure and acidochromic properties of the fiber composite membranes were analyzed.The results show that the relative ratio of TPECNPy-2 and TPECNPy-3 has no significant effect on the chemical structure,fiber morphology and aggregation structure of the composite membrane,and the diameter of the prepared fibers ranges between 400~500 nm.Under the action of acid vapor,the maximum fluorescence emission wavelength of the composite fiber membrane change from 492~499 nm before acid fumigation to 542~587 nm.The greater the content of TPECNPy-2 in the system,the more obvious the spectral red shift.The fluorescence emission of the composite membrane after acid fumigation is restored to the initial state by ammonia fumigation.When fluorescent small molecules are added,the contact angle of the fiber membrane increaseds from 101.6°to 125°.The series of composite fiber membranes have good reversible acidochromic properties.The hydrophobicity of the fiber membrane is significantly improved after the addition of two organic small molecules.
