摘要：中国共产党管党治党理论的核心要义,从理论的维度看,指中国共产党管党治党理论中最精要的部分或最重要的内容;从实践的维度看,指决定中共生存和发展的根本性问题。根据中共95年来管党治党的实践和十八大以来习近平管党治党的系列论述,"自身硬"的目标定位,"筑保固"的功能指向,"立建治强"的治理维度,就是中国共产党管党治党理论的核心要义。
Regarding the core principles of party management theory of the Communist Party of China （ CPC）, from the theoretical dimension, it refers to the most essential part and the most important content in the party management theory of the CPC ; whereas seen from the dimension of practice, it indicates the basic problems of the CPC＇ s survive and development. According to the practice of the CPC＇ s party management since 1995 and Xi Jingping＇ s series of statements since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the core principles of party management theory of the CPC refer to its target of ＂being self - strong＂, its functions of ＂building and reinforcing the base＂, and its management dimension of ＂building and strengthening the governance. ＂
