摘要:在"双一流"建设背景下,受到学科、人才和办学经费等方面的制约,新建本科院校探索学校发展目标和发展路径、实现内涵式发展成为新建本科院校当务之急。本文以系统工程理论为指导,根据学科建设、专业建设、平台建设及团队建设之间的内在联系,提出了以学科建设为龙头、以专业建设为依托、以平台建设为抓手、以人才团队建设为关键的"学科-专业-平台-团队"一体化建设思路,并以贵州理工学院为例,介绍了一体化建设的探索与实践过程,旨在统筹规划、整体推进、减少重复建设、提升办学质量、强化办学特色,为新建本科院校实现内涵式发展提供参考。
Due to the constraints of disciplines, talents and schooling funds, it is urgent for newly-buih undergraduate colleges and universities to explore the development goals and path to achieve connotative development under the background of the "Double First-class" initiative. This article is guided by the system engineering theory, and based on the internal connection between discipline construction, professional construction, platform construction and team building. It proposes an integrated process in which discipline construction serves as the lead, specialty construction as the support, platform construction as the focus and talent team construction as the key. This article also takes Guizhou Institute of Technology as an example, and the exploration and practice process of the integrated construction is introduced. It aims at providing reference for overall planning, overall promotion, reduction of duplicate construction and improvement of higher education quality and school-running characteristics, and for the implementation of connotative development for newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities.
