摘要:针对火铺煤矿综采工作面煤层松软破碎,易发生煤壁片帮、冒顶的情况,以21170综采工作面为工程背景,运用理论分析、现场监测等方法,研究了工作面基本顶的变形及破断规律,得到了火铺煤矿21170工作面的矿压显现规律。研究结果表明,该工作面基本顶周期来压步距为13.7 m,中部支架平均循环末阻力大于上部、下部支架阻力,应加强工作面运输、回风巷的管理。研究可为该矿17号煤层后续高效回采工作提供有益参考。
In view of the situation that the coal seam is soft and broken,and the coal wall is easy to collapse and roof collapse,taking No.21170 fully-mechanized mining face as the engineering background,the deformation and breaking laws of the basic roof of the working face are studied by using theoretical analysis,field monitoring and other methods,and the ore pressure manifestation laws are obtained.The research results show that the average weighting interval of the basic roof cycle is 13.7 m,the average end of cycle resistance of the middle support is greater than that of the upper and lower support,and the management of the working face transportation and return airway should be strengthened.The research can provide useful reference for the subsequent efficient mining of the No.17 coal seam in the mine.
