摘要：采用“智慧芽”专利分析检索平台,收集羊肚菌产业相关主题专利数据,对检索结果进行筛选,数据去噪、整理,并从羊肚菌产业相关的全球专利申请、产业创新领域、人才团队、竞合态势等角度,对专利数据进行定性和定量分析。结果:我国羊肚菌产业研究领域正从传统的种植领域扩展到食品、保健品领域,且食品和保健品逐渐成为产业技术热点。但相关专利授权率还不高,失效专利数量较多,专利价值和质量有待提升。指出我国羊肚菌产业发展的核心引擎是科技创新,并提出促进产业高质量发展的若干对策建议。
Using the"Smart Bud"patent analysis and retrieval platform,the patent data related to Morchella industry were collected,and the retrieval results were filtered and de-noising.Then,the patent data needed to be analyzed were sorted out.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of Morchella patent data was carried out from the perspectives of global patent application,industrial innovation field,talent team,and competition and cooperation situation of Morchella industry.The results showed that Morchella industry in China showed a trend of rapid growth.From the perspective of industrial technology hotspots,the field of food and health products has a trend of further expansion;from the perspective of industrial field,Morchella industry has gradually expanded from the traditional planting field to the field of food and health products;from the perspective of patent quality,the authorization rate of Morchella related patents in China is not high,the number of invalid patents is large,and the patent value and quality need to be further improved.In the end,the current situation and trend of Morchella industry development in China were summarized and prospected.The core engine of industry development should be scientific and technological innovation,and some suggestions were put forward to promote the high-quality development of Morchella industry.
