摘要:选取2种石灰岩集料和4种白云岩集料作为典型碳酸盐岩集料开展研究。首先,在130~160℃的沥青裹附温度下,对6种集料进行沥青裹附处理,并采用水煮法试验测试集料与沥青的黏附性。之后,对水煮后的集料颗粒进行图像采集,并采用Image-Pro Plus软件对集料表面的沥青剥落率进行了识别与计算,实现了对碳酸盐岩集料与沥青黏附性的量化表征。进一步结合沥青旋转黏度试验和集料的X射线衍射试验,探究了沥青表观黏度和碳酸盐岩集料主要矿物成分对黏附性的影响机制。研究结果表明:对于黏附性相近的碳酸盐岩集料,采用水煮法试验难以实现相同黏附等级下的黏附性差异表征;基于水煮法和图像分析的集料与沥青黏附性评价方法能通过集料表面的沥青剥落率准确量化黏附性差异;在采用水煮法对集料与沥青黏附性进行评价时,推荐采用145℃作为沥青与集料的裹附温度;方解石、白云石均与沥青剥落率具有较显著的关联性,其中方解石与沥青剥落率成负相关关系,白云石与沥青剥落率成正相关关系。该研究成果可为碳酸盐岩集料在沥青混合料中的应用提供科学的评价依据。
2 types of limestone aggregates and 4 types of dolomite aggregates were taken as typical carbonate rock aggregates for research.Firstly,six types of aggregates were subjected to asphalt coating treatment at 130~160℃.The adhesion of the aggregates and asphalt was tested by water boiling method.Afterwards,image acquisition was performed on the boiled aggregate particles.Image-Pro Plus software was used to identify and calculate the asphalt peeling rate on the aggregate surface,achieving quantitative characterization of the adhesion of carbonate rock ag-gregates and asphalt.Further combined the asphalt rotational viscosity test with the X-ray diffraction test of aggre-gates,the influence mechanism of asphalt apparent viscosity and the main mineral components of carbonate rock aggregates on adhesion was explored.The research results indicate that it is difficult to characterize the differences in adhesion under the same adhesion level by water boiling method for carbonate rock aggregates with similar adhe-sion;The adhesion differences can be accurately quantified by the rate of asphalt stripping from the aggregate sur-face based on water boiling method and aggregates and asphalt adhesion evaluation method of image analysis;When the adhesion between aggregate and asphalt was evaluated by water boiling method,it is recommended to use 145 ℃ as the coating temperature of asphalt and aggregate;Both calcite and dolomite have a significant correlation with asphalt peeling rate,with a negative correlation between calcite and asphalt peeling rate,and a positive correlation between dolomite and asphalt peeling rate.This research result can provide a scientific evaluation basis for the ap-plication of carbonate rock aggregates in asphalt mixtures.
