摘要:为探究影响巷道围岩塑性区分布主要因素的敏感程度,以淮北某矿8_(1)采区南翼轨道大巷为工程背景,先以ABAQUS有限元软件为计算平台,定性分析了5个主要因素对围岩塑性区分布的影响规律;再基于极差分析和层次分析(AHP)方法,对塑性区影响因素的敏感性进行了正交对比分析计算。结果表明:塑性区受围岩岩性、地压及侧压系数的影响显著,而受巷道半径及支护强度的影响较小;各因素对巷道围岩塑性区影响的敏感性,由大到小依次为内摩擦角>黏聚力>侧压系数>初始竖向地应力>巷道半径>支护强度。因此,提高围岩岩性和降低主应力差是有效控制围岩塑性变形的2种重要手段。
In order to explore the sensitivity of the main factors affecting the distribution of plastic zone in the roadway surrounding rock,the south track roadway in 8_(1)mining area of a mine in Huaibei is taken as the engineering background.Five main factors influencing the distribution of plastic zone in roadway surrounding rock are qualitatively analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software as the calculation platform.Then,an orthogonal comparative analysis is conducted to calculate the sensitivity of factors affecting the plastic zone in roadway surrounding rock based on the range analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)methods.The results show that the plastic zone is significantly affected by the rock type,ground pressure,and lateral pressure coefficient of the surrounding rock,while it is less affected by the radius of the roadway and the strength of the support.The sensitivity of various factors to the plastic zone of the roadway surrounding rock is ranked from high to low as follows:internal friction angle>cohesion>lateral pressure coefficient>initial vertical stress>tunnel radius>support strength.Therefore,improving the lithology of the surrounding rock and reducing the difference in principal stress are two important means to effectively control the plastic deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
