摘要：该文以“屯堡工作营”在云山屯微更新实践为研究对象,从3次“屯堡论坛”阐述其“3-3体系”的工作营模式。“3-3体系”的微更新实践成效显著,促成云山屯共同体意识的重构、屯堡文化的全面复兴、新乡贤群体逐渐形成、多元经济业态建构,逐渐实现了云山屯包括组织振兴、文化振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴在内的乡村振兴的良好效应。为国内传统村落复兴与转型提供优秀范例。
Through the continuous tracking of"TUNPU Work Camp"in the Micro-renewal practice of Yunshan Village,from three times of"TUNPU BBS",we elaborated Work Camp mode of"3-3 system".The 3-3 system's micro-renewal practice has achieved remarkable results,which contributes to the reconstruction of community consciousness,the overall revival of TUNPU culture,the gradual formation of New follow villager,and the construction of diversified economic formats in Yunshan Village.Yunshan Village has gradually realized the revitalization of the organization,culture,talent and industry,so as to provide excellent examples for the renewal and transformation of domestic traditional villages.
