摘要：为了加强地质工程领域专业学位研究生的实践能力培养,设计了心智实践能力、通用实践能力、专业实践能力3个一级指标、9个二级指标、47个三级指标的实践能力调查指标体系基本构架,面向企业专业技术与管理人员进行问卷调查.调查结果发现大多数研究生工程实践能力比较符合企业要求,有少量指标与企业的期望之间存在着明显的差距.因此,提出高校应采取加强地方特色课程建设、重点课程建设及注重教学过程管理、紧密与社会需求相结合等措施有的放矢地培养专业学位研究生的实践能力.
In order to strengthen the cultivation of practical abilities of postgraduates majoring in geological engineering,this paper designs a practical ability investigation index system which includes three first-level indicators, nine second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators classified as mental practical ability,general practical ability and professional practice ability.Some business professionals and managers are invited to conduct a questionnaire survey.The survey result shows that the engineering practice ability of most of the graduate is good in line with business requirement,there is a clear gap between a small number of indicators and business expectations.Therefore,it is suggested that we should strengthen the practice ability of postgraduates through targeted measures such as strengthening the construction of local characteristic courses,key courses,paying attention to the teaching process management and closely integrating with the social needs.
