摘要：贵州的高等教育经过近几十年的发展已初具规模,但面临着提高质量、优化结构、平衡布局等多方面的挑战。回顾贵州高等教育发展的历史,理清制约贵州高等教育发展的瓶颈及主要因素,总结贵州高等教育发展的实践经验,新一轮西部大开发中贵州高等教育发展要处理好五个关系:教育小康与同步小康的关系;一省发展与多省互动的关系;结构调整与转型发展的关系;内涵建设与特色教育的关系;制度设计与治理体系的关系。
Although higher education in Guizhou province has begun to take shape after decades of development,it still has to face the challenges of improving quality,optimizing structure and balancing layout.This paper reviews the historic achievements of higher education in Guizhou province and clarifies the bottlenecks in its development.It suggests that five relations have to be dealt with in a proper way in the new round of the Western Development,i.e.the relation between giving priority to the development of education and synchronized building of a well-off society,the relation between one province＇s development and many provinces＇ interactive development,the relation between structure adjustment and transformation development,the relation between connotation construction and characteristic education and the relation between system design and governance system.
